3. Grind Adjustment: Stepped vs. Stepless
Stepped grinders click between fixed grind settings — easy to use and repeat, but limited in how precisely you can dial in. Stepless grinders allow infinite adjustment between any two points — harder to repeat exactly, but capable of much finer tuning for espresso dialing.
