Price Assurance Policy

Linea Form is committed to offering fair and competitive pricing on the premium equipment systems we source through authorized manufacturers and distribution partners.

We understand that customers investing in high-ticket systems want confidence that they are purchasing at an appropriate market price. Our Price Assurance Policy is designed to provide that confidence while maintaining proper brand authorization and warranty protection.


Pre-Purchase Price Review (Recommended)

If you find an identical product offered at a lower advertised price by an eligible retailer, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

If the request meets the eligibility requirements outlined below, Linea Form will review the pricing and, where possible, adjust accordingly.


Post-Purchase Price Review

If you find that Linea Form advertises the same product at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, you may contact us to request a price adjustment for the difference.

Requests must be submitted within the stated timeframe and are subject to verification.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price review or adjustment, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be identical (same brand, model, configuration, and condition)

  • The competing retailer must be a U.S.-based authorized dealer

  • The item must be new, unused, and in stock

  • The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable

  • The request must be submitted within the applicable timeframe

Price requests must include a direct link or documentation showing the advertised price.


Exclusions & Restrictions

The following are not eligible for price matching or adjustments:

  • Unauthorized sellers, marketplaces, or auction websites

  • Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, open-box, or used items

  • Promotional pricing, rebates, coupons, bundle offers, or loyalty pricing

  • Membership-only or restricted-access pricing

  • Pricing errors or misprints

  • Installation, freight upgrades, taxes, or service fees

Many manufacturers enforce minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policies. Linea Form adheres strictly to these requirements to ensure product authenticity, warranty coverage, and long-term support.
