1. How long does it normally take to receive my order?

After placing an order with Linea Form, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually occurs within 7–14 business days, depending on the product and destination.

Please note that while we work with reliable U.S. fulfillment partners, occasional carrier or logistics delays may occur. If you would like an estimated delivery timeframe for a specific product, our customer service team is happy to assist.


2. Where do you ship from?

Linea Form works with manufacturers and authorized distribution partners located throughout the United States.

Depending on the product, orders may ship from different U.S. fulfillment locations. All products are shipped from within the United States to ensure proper handling, warranty coverage, and reliable delivery.

At this time, we ship to all U.S. states. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us prior to placing an order to confirm delivery options.


3. What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).

4. How do I receive tracking information?

Please note that tracking details may take 1–2 business days to become active after shipment confirmation. If you have not received tracking information within this timeframe, our support team can assist.

For larger or freight-delivered items, the carrier may contact you prior to delivery to schedule a delivery window.

Delivery notification procedures vary by carrier and product type. If a scheduled delivery or signature is required, this information will be communicated once the shipment is in transit.
