Site Readiness (Commercial Equipment)

Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting

All shipments must be inspected at delivery.

If visible damage is present:

  • Take photographs of packaging and product.

If concealed damage is discovered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and order details.

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may limit carrier claim eligibility.

If you placed a backorder unintentionally, you have the following options prior to shipment:

  2. Request Order Cancellation: If the order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and a full refund after we confirm cancellation eligibility with the manufacturer or distributor.
