Professional Fulfillment Linea Form works with established manufacturers and authorized distribution partners to ensure professional handling and delivery of premium equipment systems. We coordinate every step from order confirmation through final inspection.

Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our team then verifies availability with our manufacturer or distributor networks.

Shipping Timelines

Freight & Large Item Deliveries Larger systems ship via freight carrier. For these deliveries:

Mandatory Inspection Procedure (Read Carefully) Upon delivery, you must inspect all packages before the driver leaves.

  1. Visible Damage: If the box is crushed, punctured, or wet, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt (BOL) and refuse the delivery if it is severe.

  2. Concealed Damage: If you find damage after opening the box, notify Linea Form at info@lineaform.co within 48 hours.

  3. Documentation: Provide clear photos of both the packaging and the product. Note: Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Resolution for Shipping Damage If an item arrives damaged, Linea Form will coordinate the resolution. Verified shipping damage results in a $0 cost replacement or refund for the customer. Please do not discard any packaging until the claim is resolved.

Installation & Compliance Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with local, state, or municipal codes (especially for plumbed-in espresso machines or built-in cooling). We recommend consulting a professional installer prior to purchase.

Backorder Policy

If an order is placed for a product that is on backorder, payment is processed at the time the order is placed. This allows us to:

  • Streamline Delivery: Avoid delays related to payment authorization at the time of shipment.

Backordered items are subject to manufacturer production schedules and availability.

  • ETAs: Estimated delivery timeframes (ETAs), when provided, are estimates only.

  • Timeline Shifts: ETAs may change due to factors outside of Linea Form’s control, including production timelines and logistics delays.

If You Did Not Intend to Place a Backorder

If you placed a backorder unintentionally, you have the following options prior to shipment:

  1. Change to an Alternative Product: You may choose a comparable product currently available on our site. If you place a new order, please contact us promptly so we can assist with canceling and refunding the original order.

  2. Request Order Cancellation: If the order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and a full refund after we confirm cancellation eligibility with the manufacturer or distributor.
