The Mazzer Mini On-Demand is a compact, high-performance espresso grinder that delivers consistent results, intuitive operation, and Mazzer’s legendary build quality in a small footprint. With over 30 years of heritage behind the Mini name, this updated version combines classic design with modern features for precise, repeatable grinding.

Equipped with 64 mm flat burrs and a newly engineered motor, the Mini delivers fast, consistent grinding while maintaining excellent temperature stability to preserve flavor and aroma. It’s an ideal solution for environments where space is limited but grind quality cannot be compromised.


Fast, Consistent Grinding

The latest Mazzer Mini features a new asynchronous motor that increases grinding speed by more than 50% compared to previous models, delivering approximately 2–2.5 g per second, depending on grind setting and coffee type. This ensures smooth workflow and reliable performance during daily use.


Stepless Micrometrical Adjustment

Mazzer’s continuous micrometrical grind adjustment allows precise control over grind size, making it easy to fine-tune extractions as beans, humidity, or recipes change. Adjustments are smooth and accurate, ensuring consistent particle size and repeatable results. 


Touch Control Interface

The intuitive touch control panel provides:

  • Programmable single and double timed doses adjustable to the hundredth of a second

  • Manual grinding mode

  • Total and partial dose counters for tracking usage

Grind Quality & Burr Options

The Mini comes standard with 64 mm flat bearing-steel burrs (233M), manufactured in-house by Mazzer in Italy. These burrs produce balanced extractions with smooth texture and consistent body.

For lighter roasts and sweeter flavor profiles, optional k202D special steel burrs are available, offering softer, more delicate extractions with enhanced sweetness and clarity.
