Modern Workflow, Simplified Control
The V Up Electronic features a responsive touchscreen interface with two programmable, time-based dose buttons adjustable in 1/100th-of-a-second increments. A built-in pause function remembers the remaining grind time if a cycle is interrupted, allowing operators to resume dosing without starting over.
Hands-free grinding is enabled via a portafilter-activated microswitch, helping maintain smooth workflow and consistency during service.
Re-Engineered 64 mm Burrs
The grinder is equipped with Mazzer’s 233M 64 mm flat carbon steel burrs, engineered to grind up to 20% faster than earlier Super Jolly burrs—delivering approximately 3–4 grams per second depending on grind setting and coffee.
