At Linea Form, we work with established manufacturers and authorized distribution partners to supply premium equipment systems. On occasion, certain products may be listed or advised as backordered due to manufacturer availability.
Placing a Backorder
If an order is placed for a product that is on backorder, payment is processed at the time the order is placed. This allows us to:

If You Did Not Intend to Place a Backorder
If you placed a backorder unintentionally, you have the following options prior to shipment:
Change to an Alternative Product: You may choose a comparable product currently available on our site. If you place a new order, please contact us promptly so we can assist with canceling and refunding the original order.
Request Order Cancellation: If the order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and a full refund after we confirm cancellation eligibility with the manufacturer or distributor.
