If You Did Not Intend to Place a Backorder
If you placed a backorder unintentionally, you have the following options prior to shipment:

Request Order Cancellation: If the order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and a full refund after we confirm cancellation eligibility with the manufacturer or distributor.
