The Wine Guardian TTW04B Defender Series is a premium, through-the-wall wine cellar cooling unit rated for exterior installations. Engineered for durability, quiet performance, and higher cooling demand, the Defender Series is designed to protect wine collections in environments where interior-only systems are not suitable.

Built with weather-resistant construction and advanced sound attenuation, the TTW04B Defender delivers efficient, stable cooling while maintaining a low noise profile. Its higher capacity makes it ideal for larger wine cellars, exterior wall installations, and spaces exposed to varying ambient conditions.

Designed for both residential and professional wine cellars, this energy-efficient system maintains precise temperature and humidity control to ensure proper long-term wine aging. The TTW04B operates on 60 Hz power, standard throughout most of North and South America, and uses a standard USA Type B plug, allowing for do-it-yourself installation without the need for a contractor.

The TTW04B Defender can also be equipped with optional accessories, including remote temperature sensors, for added monitoring and control flexibility.

Freight & Large Equipment Deliveries

Large or heavy items may ship via freight carrier.

For freight deliveries:

  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • An adult (18+) must be present to sign for delivery.

  • The delivery location must be accessible to standard freight vehicles.


Site Readiness (Commercial Equipment)

Certain professional-grade equipment may require confirmation that the delivery location can safely receive the unit.

This may include:

  • Adequate delivery access

  • Space and clearance requirements

  • Utility readiness (power or water when applicable)

This process does not affect pricing and is conducted solely to ensure proper delivery.


Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting

All shipments must be inspected at delivery.

If visible damage is present:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Take photographs of packaging and product.

If concealed damage is discovered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and order details.

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may limit carrier claim eligibility.


Shipping Damage Resolution

If shipping damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

All original packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved.

Backorder Policy

At Linea Form, we work with established manufacturers and authorized distribution partners to supply premium equipment systems. On occasion, certain products may be listed or advised as backordered due to manufacturer availability.

Placing a Backorder

If an order is placed for a product that is on backorder, payment is processed at the time the order is placed. This allows us to:

  • Secure your priority: Secure your place in the manufacturer’s fulfillment queue.

  • Reserve Inventory: Confirm and reserve inventory as it becomes available.

  • Streamline Delivery: Avoid delays related to payment authorization at the time of shipment.

Processing payment at the time of order ensures a smoother fulfillment process once the product is ready to ship.

Availability & Estimated Timelines

Backordered items are subject to manufacturer production schedules and availability.

  • ETAs: Estimated delivery timeframes (ETAs), when provided, are estimates only.

  • Timeline Shifts: ETAs may change due to factors outside of Linea Form’s control, including production timelines and logistics delays.

  • Communication: We will communicate any material updates regarding availability as they are received from the manufacturer or distributor.

If You Did Not Intend to Place a Backorder

If you placed a backorder unintentionally, you have the following options prior to shipment:

  1. Change to an Alternative Product: You may choose a comparable product currently available on our site. If you place a new order, please contact us promptly so we can assist with canceling and refunding the original order.

  2. Request Order Cancellation: If the order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and a full refund after we confirm cancellation eligibility with the manufacturer or distributor.
