At Linea Form, we work with established manufacturers and authorized distribution partners to supply premium equipment systems. Due to the nature of high-ticket and specialty products, return eligibility may vary by product.
Returns & Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet one or more of the following conditions:

The item arrived in a non-working or defective condition

The item did not arrive (delivery verification will be reviewed)

The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

The customer notifies Linea Form within 7 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Clearance or final-sale items

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so by Linea Form.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive defective or damaged.
If an exchange is approved, the replacement will be for the same item, subject to availability and manufacturer approval.
