Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and payment authorization.

After confirmation, our team begins processing your order to verify availability and coordinate fulfillment with the appropriate manufacturer or distributor.

  • If an item is in stock and available, your order will move forward for shipment.

  • If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you via email with available options, including waiting for availability or requesting a cancellation in accordance with our policies.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact our customer support team and we will assist promptly.


Order Processing & Shipment

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Once shipped, delivery generally occurs within 7–14 business days, depending on product type, carrier, and destination.

Some products may have longer lead times due to manufacturing schedules or availability. Any product-specific lead times will be communicated on the product page or by our team if applicable.

Tracking information will be provided once available. Please note that tracking details may take 1–2 business days to become active after shipment confirmation.


Freight & Large Item Deliveries

Larger or heavier items may ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel services.

For freight deliveries:

  • A delivery appointment may be required

  • The carrier may contact you in advance to schedule delivery

  • A signature may be required at the time of delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure appropriate access for delivery.


Delivery Inspection (Important)

Upon delivery, inspect all packages immediately before accepting them.

  • If the packaging shows visible damage, you must note the damage with the carrier and, if severe, refuse the delivery

  • If damage is discovered after delivery, notify Linea Form within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the packaging and product

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to file claims with the carrier or manufacturer.


Product Quality & Damage Claims

If an item arrives damaged or missing components, Linea Form will assist in coordinating a resolution with the manufacturer or carrier.

When damage is confirmed:

  • Replacement or refund options will be provided in accordance with manufacturer and carrier policies

  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs related to verified shipping damage

Please do not discard packaging until the issue has been resolved.


Cancellations & Returns

Return and cancellation eligibility is governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Most eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Some products may be subject to restocking fees or may be non-returnable

Backorder Policy

At Linea Form, we work with established manufacturers and authorized distribution partners to supply premium equipment systems. On occasion, certain products may be listed or advised as backordered due to manufacturer availability.


Placing a Backorder

If an order is placed for a product that is on backorder, payment is processed at the time the order is placed.

This allows us to:

  • Secure your place in the manufacturer’s fulfillment queue

  • Confirm and reserve inventory as it becomes available

  • Avoid delays related to payment authorization at the time of shipment

Processing payment at the time of order ensures a smoother fulfillment process once the product is ready to ship.


Availability & Estimated Timelines

Backordered items are subject to manufacturer production schedules and availability.

  • Estimated delivery timeframes (ETAs), when provided, are estimates only

  • ETAs may change due to factors outside of Linea Form’s control, including production timelines and logistics delays

  • We will communicate any material updates regarding availability as they are received from the manufacturer or distributor


If You Did Not Intend to Place a Backorder

If you placed a backorder unintentionally, you have the following options prior to shipment:

  1. Change to an Alternative Product
    You may choose a comparable product currently available on our site. If you place a new order, please contact us promptly so we can assist with canceling and refunding the original order.

  2. Request Order Cancellation
    If the order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and a full refund after we confirm cancellation eligibility with the manufacturer or distributor.
